{"id":190273,"date":"2025-11-13T14:17:16","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T13:17:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agadirtoday.com\/?p=190273"},"modified":"2025-11-13T14:17:16","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T13:17:16","slug":"le-7e-festival-gastronomique-peruvien-a-rabat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agadirtoday.com\/?p=190273&lang=fr","title":{"rendered":"Le 7e Festival gastronomique p\u00e9ruvien \u00e0 Rabat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La 7\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Festival gastronomique p\u00e9ruvien se tiendra du 19 au 21 novembre \u00e0 Rabat, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de l\u2019Ambassade du P\u00e9rou au Maroc sous le th\u00e8me \u201cL\u2019art de la fusion p\u00e9ruvienne-japonaise \u00e0 l\u2019honneur : c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la cuisine Nikkei\u201d.<br \/>\nS\u2019exprimant lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation de cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement, l\u2019Ambassadeur du P\u00e9rou au Maroc, Luis Alberto Castro Joo, a affirm\u00e9 que la cuisine Nikkei, n\u00e9e de l\u2019immigration japonaise au P\u00e9rou \u00e0 la fin du 19\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, est profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans la tradition et la culture p\u00e9ruviennes.<br \/>\nCette fusion culinaire, reconnue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale, \u201cincarne le dialogue entre deux cultures que nous souhaitons partager avec le public marocain\u201d, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe mot \u201cNikkei\u201d vient de \u201cNikkeijin\u201d qui d\u00e9signe les Japonais ayant \u00e9migr\u00e9 du Japon et leurs descendants. La cuisine Nikkei se veut un m\u00e9lange parfait d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients frais et vibrants de la cuisine p\u00e9ruvienne avec la pr\u00e9cision et le respect des saveurs qui caract\u00e9risent la gastronomie japonaise.<br \/>\nAu cours de ce festival, les convives auront l\u2019occasion de d\u00e9guster un menu alliant technique, \u00e9quilibre et finesse, et mettant en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019harmonie des saveurs caract\u00e9risant la fusion p\u00e9ruvienne-japonaise. Le menu sera \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le chef Luis Ar\u00e9valo, qui jouit d\u2019une carri\u00e8re \u00e9toil\u00e9e de plus de 25 ans dans son pays et en Europe.<br \/>\nAu-del\u00e0 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience culinaire, le festival propose \u00e9galement un voyage culturel \u00e0 travers des danses traditionnelles vari\u00e9es issues de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du P\u00e9rou, ainsi qu\u2019une exposition photographique intitul\u00e9e \u201cPortraits du P\u00e9rou et du Maroc\u201d de l\u2019artiste p\u00e9ruvien Nicola Moreno, dont les \u0153uvres illustrent les similitudes entre les deux pays \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie de portraits et de paysages c\u00e9l\u00e9brant leur richesse culturelle commune.<br \/>\nLa 6\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Festival gastronomique p\u00e9ruvien avait mis \u00e0 l\u2019honneur les saveurs de l\u2019art culinaire et la richesse du patrimoine folklorique du P\u00e9rou, notamment de l\u2019Amazonie.
