(ONCA) de Sidi Ifni a organis\u00e9 un atelier de formation pour les exposantes et les exposants du Salon agricole de l\u2019\u00e9dition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Le th\u00e8me choisi est la valorisation et la commercialisation des produits de terroir dans la r\u00e9gion Guelmim Oued Noun tels que le couscous, l\u2019huile d\u2019Argan et les plantes aromatiques et m\u00e9dicinales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Une formation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par Meriam Menhaj, experte dans la valorisation des produits de terroir ainsi que\u00a0 Hicham Mesnaoui, directeur de l\u2019Office National du Conseil agricole de Sidi Ifni.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><a title=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Les interventions ont port\u00e9 sur plusieurs th\u00e9matiques \u00e0 savoir les caract\u00e9ristiques sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque produit tels que la couleur, l\u2019odeur, l\u2019acidit\u00e9, la production et le stockage et finalement l\u2019emballage, l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage l\u00e9gal, la certification de la qualit\u00e9 (IGP).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont constitu\u00e9 les grandes lignes de cette formation \u00e0 laquelle les exposants et les exposantes se sont exprim\u00e9s sur les diff\u00e9rents probl\u00e8mes qui parfois entravent leur parcours tout en mettant l\u2019accent sur la souplesse des proc\u00e9dures et le soutien de l\u2019ONCA pour une meilleure valorisation et \u00e9coulement de leurs produits que ce soit sur les march\u00e9s nationaux ou internationaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Ce fut aussi une occasion pour mieux expliquer l\u2019importance qu\u2019occupent les produits de terroir dans le nouveau plan Generation Green qui vient compl\u00e9ter celui du Maroc Vert et qui a fait de ces richesses un levier de d\u00e9veloppement durable par la cr\u00e9ation de diverses coop\u00e9ratives dans tout le royaume avec toutefois une int\u00e9gration de la femme dans le circuit \u00e9conomique comme acteur pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant et central.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>A noter \u00e9galement que le salon de l\u2019Agriculture organis\u00e9 en marge du Festival r\u00e9unit une centaine d\u2019exposants de diff\u00e9rentes villes du royaume et constitue une plaque tournante commerciale gr\u00e2ce aux visiteurs dont le nombre
