Les plats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s par un jury compos\u00e9 de 30 chefs internationaux de renom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valoriser l\u2019huile d\u2019argane dans la gastronomie mondiale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le concours vise \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019usage de l\u2019huile d\u2019argane dans la cuisine, encourager la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019excellence dans ce domaine, et partant valoriser ce produit du terroir tout en \u00e9largissant ses perspectives de commercialisation aux niveaux national et international.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des animations culinaires et culturelles vari\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le programme du festival a \u00e9galement comport\u00e9 la pr\u00e9paration de plats et la pr\u00e9sentation de p\u00e2tisseries, pains, chocolats, g\u00e2teaux en 3D, ainsi que des d\u00e9monstrations d\u2019art de la sculpture sur l\u00e9gumes et fruits.
