Organization of the 3rd Regional Fair of the Social and Solidarity Economy in Agadir..Exhibition Area near Mohammed VI University Hospital, Agadir
January 26 – February 1, 2026

Under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, the Souss Massa Region is organizing, in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and the Social and Solidarity Economy—State Secretariat in charge of Handicrafts and the Social and Solidarity Economy—and the Wilaya of the Region, the third edition of the Regional Fair of the Social and Solidarity Economy. The event will be held from January 26 to February 1, 2026, at the exhibition area near Mohammed VI University Hospital in Agadir, under the theme: “The social and solidarity economy: a strategic choice for inclusive and comprehensive development.”

This third edition builds on the efforts undertaken by the organizers to consolidate the achievements of previous editions and to deepen the momentum for promoting products of the social and solidarity economy. It aims to highlight the specificities and know-how of regional stakeholders by strengthening initiatives for the promotion and enhancement of local and regional handicraft products.

The event seeks to reaffirm the strategic role of handicrafts and the social and solidarity economy as essential levers for sustainable territorial development, in line with the orientations of the New Development Model.

The Fair will feature a contemporary scenography designed to offer visitors an immersive experience. A 4,800 m² space will showcase the creativity and dynamism of sector stakeholders, promote regional terroir products and local handicrafts, and encourage socially responsible purchasing.

This space will be structured around four main areas:

The Commercial Area: terroir products and cosmetics, handicraft products, and services, bringing together 160 exhibitors.

The Institutional and Partners Area: presenting national experiences and regional and provincial programs supporting social and solidarity economy development projects, as well as initiatives led by civil society organizations and the private sector.

The Innovation Area: highlighting cooperative projects with strong creative potential.

The Guests and International Participants Area: aimed at strengthening exchanges, sharing experiences, and promoting international cooperation.

On the occasion of this event, a rich program of conferences and training sessions will be offered to exhibitors. Led by national and regional experts, these sessions aim to support sector stakeholders in developing their production, innovation, and marketing capacities, while fostering the exchange of experiences, adapting products to consumer expectations and tastes, and encouraging reflection on the challenges and prospects of the sector.

In addition, throughout the duration of the Fair, visitors will have the opportunity to attend performances by folkloric groups representing the various prefectures and provinces of the region, as well as a diverse program of artistic evening events.
